Last Sunday Ryan and I drove out to visit Ryan's dad, Grandma, and Thrish. It was a really fun visit and everyone got some time with Madelyn, She did great until the end of the night when she was exhausted. I think she just had too much stimulation because we were gone all day from church, to lunch, to a haircut all before we drove out there. Luckily, we had her swaddler in the diaper bag and as soon as she was swaddled she calmed down and was asleep right after we got on the freeway. Jim made some very yummy tostadas and it was nice to visit with everyone. It was so cute to see Jim with his little granddaughter. He held her on his lap while they watched football and then he laid her on his lap to help burp her. Madelyn is so lucky to have all of her grandparents.
